V11 is still a local prototype. The tracker and prototype Treatment Stories use browser storage on the device where you open the site.

What this prototype does

Entries are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. The prototype does not include a Keloid Forward server, user account, cloud database or analytics service.

What that means

Browser storage is convenient for testing, but it is not appropriate as a production medical-record system. Clearing browser data can erase entries, and other people with access to the same browser/device may be able to access them.

Before a public account system

A production version needs secure authentication, encrypted storage and transport, deletion/export controls, data minimization, consent flows, retention rules, incident procedures and a formal privacy/legal review.
